ASSEMBLY

If a photo card, invitation or announcement requires assembly, it will be indicated in the description of the item. If the price includes assembly or if assembly is available for an additional charge, that will also be indicated in the description of the item.

COLORS

Please note that the colors of the items shown may vary slightly in person.

ENVELOPES

The prices for all stationery, invitations, announcements, photo cards, etc. include envelopes. Any prices for envelopes refer only to adding the return address. In general, the envelopes will be white or ivory to coordinate with the paper. If the item comes with a colored envelope, that will be noted in the description. Most calling cards do not include envelopes. If they are included, or if they may be purchased separately, it will be noted in the description.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. When placing your order, please double-check your spelling, layout, etc. Decatur Paper is not responsible for mistakes due to misspellings in the order. We recommend ordering a proof to ensure that the spelling and layout are correct.

If an error is made by Decatur Paper, we will replace the order at no cost to you, but we must be notified of the error within 72 hours of your receipt of the order.

PHOTO CARDS

Please note the size of the photo suggested for each particular card. For example, if you select a card designed for a wallet size photo, make sure your photo can be reproduced in that size. Decatur Paper does not attach your photos to your cards. Any reference to assembly applies to the assembly of the card itself, such as attaching ribbon or die-cuts.

PRINTING

All text will be centered and printed using a type size and layout appropriate for the card, unless otherwise requested. Please let us know if you would like a specific type size or layout to be used.

PROOFS

Proofs are generally black and white and are sent to us via e-mail or fax from the designer. If you request a proof, we will send it to you via e-mail. Your order will not be processed until we receive your approval of the proof. Please note that delays in approving a proof will delay the completion of your order. We encourage you to approve your proof(s) promptly.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via UPS or U.S. Mail. We will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order has shipped. If you live in Decatur, Georgia your order may be delivered to your home or you may make arrangements to pick up your order from us.

TURNAROUND TIME

In general, most of our designers can complete your order and ship it to us within two weeks. During the holidays, it may take up to three weeks. If you have ordered a proof, this will add to the processing time, as your order cannot be completed until we receive approval of your proof. If time is an issue, please contact us to discuss the fees for rush processing and/or expedited shipping.
